Who's Online IP Addresses all the same

I am having an issue with the who's online showing my VPS ipaddress for all users, spiders and guests. If someone posts, it picks it up as the post IP also. I have heard others had this problem. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? It just started a few days ago out of the blue.

You must be serving your site through a proxy, this is why they all appear the same, they will actually be your IP address, ask your hosts if you are being passed through a proxy.

Thanks for the response. They upgraded my server to fastcgi (for the file permissions) and Xcache in the last few days. They must have screwed something up in the process. I sent them your message text so, hopefully, they can fix it.
