I don't think there's anything I can do since the only ones with access to the server are our owner and one of our other administrators, so what instructions can I redirect?

If you have access to Plugins & Products you can figure out which mod that is and disable it. I'm guessing it has "wiki" in the name.

I can't access anything, though, not even the Admin CP.
Well, if you have no access to anything then I can't think what you would be able to do. Maybe I misunderstood your question.

I just thought of something. Is there a URL for the Admin CP? That way, I could bypass having to go the forum to get to the Admin CP.
Someone on vBulletin.com also said it was the VaultWiki plugin, and if I could get to the Admin CP, I could disable it.
Oh, I thought you meant you didn't have an admin account. But I guess it doesn't matter. Yes, you can go directly to http://www.kh-mediaflare.net/admincp, but some hook locations are executed no matter which page you go to (even if it's in the admincp), so you're probably out of luck until you can find someone with file system access.
ETA: I take it back, it looks like that directory doesn't exist. I've heard of some people renaming it for security, so maybe that's what's happened.

Problem is now fixed. There were files missing from the VaultWiki plugin.

That will do it! If this happens again and it's not simply missing files try this method - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=259619
It's still taking time to figure out the culprit but it can help you regain your forum access ;).

Sorry, I just now understood what you were asking - you needed to know about disabling plugins by editing config.php so that you could tell the site owner. I misunderstood and thought you had no one available to do that.

I probably could have explained it better, too, but no problem.
