Any replacement for [media] tag?

I have been using Goldbrick in VB3.x now I am planning to upgrade to VB4.x. I know [media] tag is outdated, but what is the solution to convert all the contents that is covered with [media] tag?

I could only see AME3 near to it, is it a good solution? Or any alternative there?
