Greeting everyone,

I searched the forum but couldn't find anything but feel free to refer me to the topic, if needed.

I am trying to remove the "Home" tab in my navbar.

According to one solution I found, I'm supposed to go to the plugin manager deselect "CMS Navbar Entry" which I did (see screenshot) yet the Home button is still there.

While I don't have a problem finding and deleting any of the other tabs in the navigation/breadcrumb templates I just can't figure out how to remove it. Any suggestions???

Thanks much!

Try searching in your navbar template for "vb:rawphrase home".

Found it

{vb:rawphrase home}

OK, I guess removing that doesn't do what you want to do or you wouldn't be asking?

I downloaded and installed it which btw is an awesome tool which I will be using. It's installed correctly. I can add tabs but when I check the CMS box 9 (as per your suggestion) the "Home" button doesn't go away.

(check escforums.com)

Any suggestions?

Actually you know what? That did work, however I should have pointed out that the Home tab was permanently highlighted. The "Home" part is gone but it's still highlighted.

Any idea why that is?

Did you remove the
and the following
? BTW, didn't mean to sound sarcastic, I guess I should have been more clear that I meant you should try removing that part, along with the
...
tags.

No worries, I knew what you meant. And you were right. That fixed my issue and I would like to thank both of you. I got rid of the 'Home' tab & got a new tool for my navbar.

Much appreciated!!!
