Hi guys,

I have a forum that has tons of categories and subforums, i was wondering how in the world do i declutter the forumhome, like vbulletin.org where there are tabs for the MODS and FORUMS and ARTICLES, which i believe are direct category links. But how do i specify which categories/subforums not to show on the forumhome but only once the direct category link is pointed to ???

I want to use a tabbed system like vbulletin.org to specify the larger categories into tabs and then have the bunch of subforums and other categories under it.. how do i do this?

I basically want to break things up like vbulletin.org has it on top right now

ANY BODY with any ideas??

thanks!

Still looking for any guidance on this issue, do i have to hire a programmer to get this achieved?

The mods, forums and articles links you talk about link to just regular forums.

For example, mods leads to https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=198

You could choose to block some subforums from appearing in the forum homepage and allow access only via a link you create in the nav bar.

If you set the Forum Display to 0, then the forum won't show on the forum.php page. Then you can link directly to it.
