tried installing this on 4.1.12.Must have done something wrong,mine looks nothing like it.Images are missing it seems even though i uploaded themes to images directory.Any help would be appreciated pls

the XMedia folder not suppose to be in images folder, it should be in images/styles/Xmedia

2 Ways :

Goto images/styles/xmedia/fonts and replace font files with yours
or place new fonts in that folder and goto Style Manager and Edit Xmedia template > Css Templates > aditional.css and add your new font names with extensions at top where old ones
