How to put "New Forum Posts" in Main Page, to the right, above the fold?

How do we put the new forum posts on the main page, to the right (instead of the links to CNN news websites)?

Right now I have the "New Forum Posts" in the Forum section, but I would prefer it be in the Main Page.

Can someone please help me?

Are you talking about CMS widgets? You should be able to go to vBulletin CMS > Layout Manager, edit the Home layout, and move the widgets where you want them (click and drag in the "title bar").
