Hi,

I need some help here.
I am running a forum, where when people reply to a thread, they can see their replied messages for sometime and then after that all the replies go BLANK!

Nothing can be seen, except the heading of the thread!

When you say you can see it "for some time", how long is that? Minutes, hours, days?

I know you said you checked plugins, but did you disable all plugins by putting define('DISABLE_HOOKS', 1); in your config.php file? Also once you do that, clear you post cache by either truncating the postparsed table in the db or using rebuild post cache in the admincp maintenance menu.

What version of PHP are you running and what version on PCRE (all on the phpinfo page under maintenance).

If you still have the same problem after disabling your plugins (Devin's suggestion above), then create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style and see if you still have the same problem.

OK, that is good.

And did you disable the plugins via the config.php file (as Kevin asked above) or just via the Product Manager?

And are the posts blank in the database?

I just noticed that you never did say what version of PCRE you are running. The latest version has a bug and causes blank posts. Please go look that up.
