Hello,
Products and plugins are not working in my forum.
I've checked that are enabled at Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System -> Enable Plugin/Hook System
I don't know what should I do to solve the problem.
Please, could you help me?
Thanks in advance!
Check the file includes/config.php to see if there's a line like:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
and if there is, remove it or comment it out.

Thanks for your fast response kh99!
Unfortunately I didn't found that line.
I don't know how to solve it :(
How do you know that all plugins/products aren't working? What are you seeing? Have you checked the product and plugin managers to see if they're enabled?

Thank you very much again kh99!
I.e. I've uninstalled and installed again a plugin for resizing signatures images and it doesn't works.
I have several products:
AME (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=202476), links are not parsed
Post Thanks, thanks count and buttons not showing
VBSEO, in first place it does not rewrite URLs, it gets rewrited after visiting the link (in showforum.php url look like showthread.php and after you clic you get rerirected i.e. to 1234-right-redirected-url.html)
I've also checked that all plugins are enabled at (no strikethrough):
admincp/plugin.php?do=product
admincp/plugin.php?do=modify
Plugins active checkbox are also checked .
Hmm...were they working then they stopped, or is it that they have never worked?

It worked like a charm during years, but two days ago stop working :(
I don't know if it is related to a plugin uninstallation... (I can't remember if the problem started after after uninstalling a plugin) or after I did reset the VBSEO password.
So when you said above that you uninstalled and reinstalled a plugin and it didn't work, did you do that after it stopped working, as a test or something? I'm thinking if you haven't changed anything since it stopped working, maybe you could do something like create a new plugin that does nothing (maybe just has a comment), just to get it to rebuild the cached plugin code.
