Admin Permissions Help

Is there a way to limit certain admins to block them from certain parts of admin cp? I know that there is admin permissions, but I do not see what I am looking for. Is there another way to block them from certain things and be more specific on what to block?

Also, do you know if there is a way/mod to lock the admin control panel so that non super admins cant log in? I am wanting to do some editing and don't want anyone in the admincp. Any way to temporarily disable access without editing the usergoups?

There is only the Admin Permissions to limit their permissions in the Admincp.

As for stopping people to get into the admincp, add an .htaccess file to password protect it.

If your host offers cpanel there is probably an icon for "Password Protect Directories" that will make it easy.
