Images wont display when viewing articles, Need Help

Hello everyone, I'm having issues with images not showing up when I look at specific articles. I would like to point out that everything was working perfectly fine until I removed spam from my blogs and users who were spamming my site. I have vBulletin Publisher Suite and my version is 4.1.7 but after this happened I'm thinking of upgrading to 4.1.12, but if anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it.

Like I said I never had this issue before until today. I modified no files or folders nor any settings in my control panel. All I did was remove all the spam in my blog/blogs and remove about 5 to 6 users who were spamming my site. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can we get a link to see this? Have you tried editing the article and Saving to see if that fixes the issue? Have you looked at the page source to see where it is looking for the image? And is the image and attachment or an external image?

Has anyone every has their images work one day and the next not work at all?

Do you see an attachment with that number in the database? If you edit the article, do you see the attachment listed under the Manage Attachments area? ARe you attachments stored in the filesystem or database?

I'm not sure how to search for the attachment # in the database if you could tell me I'd appreciate it.

If I edit the articles I see no images at all expect the one that I recently uploaded today.

I don't know if my attachments are stored on the filesystem or database, could you tell me which one is better and how I find out?

I would also like to add now even thumbnails do not work. So ALL my images are broken basically, except the one I uploaded right when I was noticing this was happening.

Okay sorry for the second post but I found out my attachments are being stored on my databased.

I also noticed I was playing around in the "vBulletin Blog" Section, within Update Counters.

Okay, I just received huge amounts of emails in regards to vbulletin database errors and I just checked and my website is down!!!

I have tons of emails looking very similar to the last two emails above. I turned my domain names servers somewhere else since I assumed it was a MySQL injection or some sort of hack. I need help please.

You didn't supply the actually error for , or 5. For error 1/2, it says your database name is incorrect - have you modified the config.php file or been playing with the database on your server? For error 3, as it says, you need to repair that table. (Maintenance > Repair/Optimize Tables > select table > Continue).

Your cache table is crashed. Go to your phpMyAdmin (or whatever you use to access the database) and select the cache table and do a repair on it. You may need to do this a couple of times until it says the table is OK.

I thought it everything was fine but I'm having issues again.

1st issue, Right before my site went down again it was not showing images but saying attachment and some number after it. It's obvious the number was the image attachment number. This is what is says when clicking on the link the attachment # has:

Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

Is there a way to fix the images in the database?

I Need some help, please.
