Installing a modification problem

Well, I tried to installed IWT and Meet our Staff modifications but each time you try to visit the page on either of them this pops up.

This webpage is not available
The webpage at http://WEBSITE.com/forums/staff.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.
