You can try the header or navbar or footer template. Those are on all pages.

okay so where i find it?
I want to put a html to show embutted, a chat button, in the lowest level of the page ( like this page: http://chat3a.livechatinc.com/licence/1177311/test_page.html?groups=0 )

Where do you find the templates? AdminCP > Style Manager > find your style > Edit Templates
