I have a member who constantly uses the extra small font size for all of his posts. It's getting to be annoying and he can't figure out how to fix it himself. Is there any way to make a general default font size or can I reset his font from the admin cp?

On a default board, there is no option for users to preset the font size they use. They would need to click the button in the editor toolbar to change the font size.
Is hit stuff showing up with size tags around it (when you click to edit it)?

No, there are no size tags. I guess I can just edit all of his posts. I even tried removing the option of extra small and small fonts from the settings, thinking it might reset his font size to that which is allowed and it didn't reset the size.

I just edited one of his posts. The size was "1". I went to advanced and the tags weren't there.
Johnlee post 11 was edited by me, post 13 is original

Either he, or your site, are adding those tags. They don't just end up there without something putting them there.
Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if he still has this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
