Weird ERROR!?!?!

In both the admin cp and on the main page. I can't get the other parts uninstalled to get it back! I need help right away.

Ok, I had to disable plugins to get back into the admin cp to uninstall the plugins that went with it but now my forum looks like this:

It is all messed up after I disabled plugins and then took out the code.

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
