Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me with a functionality issue that I have searching for all over the place but so far no dice. I've seen many solutions to people asking for replacing words, but not appending. I have seen some folks asking this question, but no one answered and I also contacted VBSeo to see if they could do it and they said their application doesn't do it.
So basically here's what I want to do. I need a script where I can specify a specific URL such as "http://hello.whatever.com" and anyone creating a new post, edits a post and quick replies with a URL starting with that domain, the forum automatically appends a string of characters to the end of the URL. So let's say the string is ?bts=27845rt24u247
So if someone posts:
http://hello.whatever.com/category/subcategory/gallery.php
It gets auto changed to:
http://hello.whatever.com/category/subcategory/gallery.php?bts=27845rt24u247
Is there anything out there that supports this functionality (on latest v of vb) or perhaps someone can be hired to code this for me?
Thanks in advance :)
Dan
