Im on 4.1.11 and I dont seem to be able to see how to set up the Q&A verification.

We just started getting spammers, and I need to filter them out.

Ive tried searching but everything is for 3.x and in te options there doesent seem to be the option to change anything under human verification options.

Have you looked at "Human Verification manager" under "Settings" (in the left column of the adminCP)?

That's OK, it's the thought that counts :). I just have too much spare time so I get here first, otherwise I'm sure someone else would help you.
