Support System

I need some kind of support/ticket system for my forum but I am running 4.1.11 and cannot for the life of me get microSUPPORT to work. I have spent hours trying to update it myself to work with the new editor but I'm not experienced enough to be able to do it.

Does anyone have any other ideas that could work?

I've never heard of that before. I looked it up and it might work, I'll give it a try later tonight. I'm not sure if it will though.

That isn't going to work for me. I might end up buying microSUPPORT as the pro version works for 4.1.x
