members cant see images or video

Hi, as an administrator I can see everything on my site and looks great but I am testing with fake users to see what each member group can see. my site is not public yet. members of any type can not see photos, they are shown as this (attachment 45) and even clicking on it tells they they don't have permission to view it. I have gone thew the permissions of each member group and cant seem to get this working.
any help would be great.

check usergroup manager > edit their usergroup > make sure Can Download Attachments is set to Yes. (and Can View Thumbnails also, if needed.)

Oh Thank you very much.. I went and checked the usergroup manager and the group in question had the permissions correctly done so i was feeling this was not going to help me but it did spark my memory with the words download attachment set to yes.. In the CMS permissions was the spot that I had removed some check boxes for each section and so now it is fixed.
