How to turn mass mail off?

every time i get a database error it sends a mail how to turn it off?

and are there other things that sends mails?
per day i get 100 registrations so it is very helpfull if you hel;p me!

You can log database errors to a file and you can turn of database error email sending in: Settings -> Error Reporting & Logging

Some database errors will be emailed regardless of this setting,

I recommend you fix the database errors though, instead of turning a blind eye to them so to speak.
