Smiley Moderator

I want give an Moderator the Rights to Edit and Upload and Manage the Smileys.

How to do this?

Usergroup Editor -> Admin Permissions -> Can Admin Smileys (or emoticons)

It is not possible in the core vB product for a user without proper admin permission to upload new smiles.

Can i add new second Admin Rank with that Permissions?

Any1 got an idea howto solve this?

1. Find user Additional Primary Usergroup = Moderators or Super Moderators whatever he is now
2. Additional Usergroups = Administrators save then go back to his profile and do step 3
3. Display Usergroup = Moderators or Super Moderators whatever he is now
4. Then go to the Administrator Permissions Can Administer Avatars / Icons / Smilies = yes
