Multiple Questions in a Poll

HI All,

I have searched the boards and seem to come across every answer other than the one I was looking for! I am trying to something along these lines in a poll:

Question 1?

Answer 1
Answer 2

Question 2?

Answer 1
Answer 2..........

and so on. In essence I'm talking about a poll with more than one question asked individually, not one with that allows more than one answer to be selected.

Is it possible? If so, how?

No I've never seen such a mod. I've seen links to off-site "quizzes" that could be embedded in a post though via bbcode or HTML (if enabled).

Their site seems to be temporarily down at the moment but google "proprofs quizes" if you are interested in that route.

I have a form add on I could use but was looking for a more permanent poll solution if possible.
