Posting photo's within blog

I have the folowing problem.
When users create a new blog, they can add photo's/images from their computer or from an URL, using the BB-code button above the editor.

When users want to comment on a blogentry, they can only add photo's/images from an URL with the same BB-code button. Simply the option "From computer / From URL" is missing, and the standard is "from URL".

Also, while creating a new blog, there is a button below the editor, called "Attachments".
This button does not appear when commenting on a blogentry.

Please help me to solve this?

Strange thing is, the owner of the blog can edit his comments, and if he does, he can add photo's to his comment.
Only when he edits his post, not while placing.

I still have no sollution.

FWIW, the last several versions of vb have had trouble with attached images. The proper way to do it now is to 'insert' images from the editor. Now if they could just figure out a way to prevent image attachments via the paperclip.
