Adding User to View Licensed Material

How do I add a second user to my account to view the licensed material in vb.org under my account ID?

I seem to recall you had to add the users email accounts in the customer area in https://members.vbulletin.com/

I've just had a quick look and cannot see it anywhere but I'm sure it used to let you add 3/4 email addresses. I would think you need to ask over their.

Yes, that how it was. Get them to register here with the emails you've entered over their and all should be good afaic.
