Translate Usergroup Names

How safe is it to translate in bulgarian "Registered Users" using Cyrillic alphabet by changing its title directly in Usergroup Manager?

Or is it better/safer to translate it using Languages & Phrases?
The problem is I've looked through phrases and can't find the right phrase to translate it.

Any ideas?

It should be fine, all the code is based around the usergroup id (which won't change) not the name.
