Good morning to you all.
I am wondering how I add an extra "tab" to the menu, Where it it shows User CP, FAQ, Community, Calendar, New Post, Search, etc.
I would like to add podcast to it.
My site is www.childhoodcancerforums.com, and I would like to add www.childhoodcancerforums.com/podcast to the main menu as its own "tab"

p.s. I am an uber-novice at this so please if you could explain it "barney style"
