New Post Page Titles

I just upgraded to 4.1.11 and before i used to click before thread name to get a box to appear so i could edit title and now it wont let me no bow will appear

how can i fix this ???thanks in advance

never mind i found the answer and for those that may have this issue this is the link that was provided to me seems like its a known issue
