How do I change vBulletin default messages

I want to change vBulletin Default Messages as per attached picture

Please have a look at the attached picture.... You see 2 places where it says

"vBulletin Message"

How can I change them to something else of my choice?

That would be a phrase, I believe, so change it in Phrase Manager.
