Please Review

[RSNF]

I just recently had my site redesigned www.redsoxnationfans.com and wanted to get some reviews if I could from the vbulletin.org community. My site is geared towards baseball and one team in particular the Boston Red Sox. Basically a fan based website with members from all across the globe. My goal was to have my site more user friendly and of course easy on the members eyes. I appreciate everyones time and wish you all the best.

I'm not a big fan of chatboxes but it doesn't look intrusive. Kinda blends in with the overall theme. As for locking out guests looking at it that's your call.

I had a feeling this might be suggested but the reason it is open for guests to view is because most baseball forums do not offer the ability to have live chat amongst the members/fans. I like it to be known to potential members that we feature the live chat option.

Thank you for the kind words. As mentioned above regarding the chat box most baseball fan sites do not offer a chat box where fans from all across the globe can meet and discuss the team. This has proved to be a very valuable asset to the site as well as my ventrilo chat room. I try not to lock out the guests because I want them to be able to see what they are missing out on :) Again I appreciate your kind words!!!

I don't care for a chatbox in a forum, but that's me nitpicking. The design is VERY nice, unique, it's the type of layout that's easy to recognize and hard to forget. Really good job with it.

I appreciate the comment on the chatbox however the chatbox is key to the site as I have learned because a lot of sport forum websites do not offer the ability to chat live during ball games. I truly do appreciate the feedback though!!! Thank you very much for the kind words!!

Just an update for anyone who might read this down the road Stay away from Theme Tempest as he has been scamming others since doing my design by offering them a custom Theme but he makes you pay him the whole amount up front then runs with it without providing you with a custom design!! Beware!!!
