vbAdvanced + vb advertising, on editing a previously made ad, all i see is a blank page. This is also the same for adding a new ad. Could it be possible that something was disabled or a file was accidentally edited.

The ad does not appear anymore on the website.

what files are required to correctly run the default advertising module.

thank you

Yes, I installed:

Rssfeeds for cms

vBadvanced CMPS

but ads were showing with vBadvamced, I have added a number of modules in vBadvanced. I could try disabling these and see the results.

not sure why this would cause the problem tho

what is very strange is the fact that the adverts are still on the site but not viable. I can hover over the links and see the place holders when the page loads.
