Hey guys I'd like to make a style request for my bros vb site I'm helping him to make, I'd like the background to have this image http://www.railpictures.net/images/d1/5/0/7/7507.1238902058.tb.jpg with a bright blue color scheme something like this #0099FF and have the bg img set to repeat, but if setting it to repeat is not possible then just add the image and I can set it to repeat myself, I also want the foreground to have this image https://encrypted-tbn1.google.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQCn5U-0IuYkJ-aiv4eiBOM_zWYxoh_fYAfysAYDhp0BSWrVjqv and have the color be this color scheme #66FFFF
also I want it to be fluid width, any size will do as long as its fluid width.^ ^
