HOW to prevent new TOPIC entry????

how do you prevent users from entering a new topic in the thread..where's the setting for it?.. see attached pic

I think you may want the "Can Post Threads" option, if you never want them to be able to start a thread (topic). It can also be set per-forum by going to Forums & Moderators > Forum Permissions.
