What I Want Is How Do I Get The Green And Rep Boxes To Appear & Get Rid Of That Thing Called Array.. It goes away if i turn rep off but then it gets rid of rep power

When I visit the forum you link to reputation bar looks normal. Otherwise, I don't understand your question. postbit is nothing you need to install.

The green and red boxes are Ranks. They don't necessarily have to do with reputation.
