Moving 'new reply' button..

Hi, I want to be able to move the "New Reply" button in showthread to a different place.

I tried taking the code, but when I placed it where I wanted it, the button turned into a "Closed" button.

I tried removing the Closed Thread part of the code, and the New Reply button appeared, but when I click on it it would say something like "this thread is not accepoting new replies".

Can someone give me the exact code for a New Reply button that will also work properly?

Where do you want the button to appear? is your showthread modified or standard?

I guess it's modified a bit, but that part isnt modified.

I want it to show at the bottom of the thread's first post (thread authors post) next to the edit button.

It should already be there? or at least a "Reply" button, if your concerned about the name you can change the phrase.

There's a quick reply button, but not specifically the "Post Reply" button like te one located at the top and bottom of the page.

It's not showthread that you want to edit its postbit, post your postbit code here (better to attach a text file) and i'll sort it for you and post back. :)

I'm using the chiefpost mod so you would need that one, correct?
