I upgraded my forum to the last version the 4.1.11, but looking around i saw that higher versions (4.1.2, 4.1.3...) exist (old of 1 year) .

So i dont understand...those versions are newer or older?
It s not clear....

Older... think of it this way...

4.1.2 the .2 is the last digit which means the higher the number after the last dot, the higher the version.

4.1.2 came before 4.1.3 however 4.1.11 i.e. Eleven came after Three respectively so .11 is higher than .3 .

OK thanks but for me if the dot exist, it means that the second part (4.1) is more important than the last one . I would have done 4.1.11 (adding a third range of numbers if a little update is necessary),4.2,4.3, 4.4 ...
but ok, thanks for the explanation ;)
