I would like on our website (www.isaan.com) to change Kunena to VBulletin.
I want someone to install it, as quick as possible. Old posts NOT deleted.
Pictures, videos should be kept.
I would like functions like Facebook like or twitter in the posts.
And adsense (we already have that).

Basically, just change. Install. But I touch nothing.

1) How much does it cost
2) How long does it take
3) Do you do some "template" so it looks nice...

I just want that. If possible in less than 5 days.

Thanks.

Did you buy your vBulletin license yet?

hmmm - I don't think vBulletin impex supports kunena to vBulletin... There are ways to work around it though - perhaps migrating kunena to phpbb and then phpbb to vBulletin?

It is different..

http://www.kunena.org/forumIt's fireboard, renamed. There may be some other differences as well, but not huge ones. Possible the fireboard import tool in Impex might work.

Read something similar at https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php/300263-Kunena-Board-Migrate-to-vBulletin --- It may not be a bad idea to try as a test shot in the dark perhaps LOL - but definitely not something that's guarenteed to work, as fireboard and kunena are not the same applications. And how do you know the differences aren't huge?!? That's a hypothesis right?...

Personally - I'd still go for the kunena ==> phpBB ==> vBulletin route, because such a method is proven to import data without issue.

I have two Joomlas one with fireboard and one with Kunena, there's really not a whole lot of difference in them. Kunena originally WAS fireboard.

And as you said, no harm can be done testing the theory on a test board. I wouldn't try it on a live board though!

Oh no! Definitely don't try on a live board https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/ lol
But yeah - Could be interesting to try and see the results on a test import though. I've always wondered regarding the kunena, as I'd been asked to do a similar job before...

The way I would try this would be to download the Kunena SQL and import it on a new DB on same server as the vBulletin test site. I would make that new DB the target for Impex.

I wouldn't make the existing Kunena db the target.
