vB4 or vBSEO?

So, my forum isn't much, and I don't want to go broke anymore than I already have with it.

I was thinking about vB4, but if I do that, would I still need vBSEO or should I just go with vBSEO?

vBseo isn't a necessity, but it is extremely powerful and a very wise investment.

Yeah, I think I am going to go with vBseo and wait for vB5 to come out end of this year or next year. I have enough on my plate now anyways than have to deal with a whole new template.

I've got vb4 on one of my boards and I really like it and you really don't need vBseo. I guess you've already made up your mind though...

Does VB4 have the same thing as VBseo? I was looking at buying it too, but I've been pretty good with Google and Yahoo finding my pages so far.

it has an SEO feature, but very basic. vBseo is the cadillac of SEO plugins.

VB4 has "Friendly" URLs which put thread titles as part of the URL. Some people feel this increases SEO, other's don't.

VBSEO adds many more options, some of which legitimately help SEO, but at a cost of performance and security. My favorite VBSEO feature, not that I own it, is their Like Button- very nice implementation.

vB4 will see more of a benefit than vB3 will with vBSEO.
