I'm assuming you know how to create a forum. If so, simply do the same for sub-forums and just put them in another forum.

yes i create sub forums but not disply on indeox page

Oh, that's easy.

Administrator Control Panel > Options > Forum Listing Display Options > Depth of Sub-Forums

Change the number to 1, and you're all set.
