I know how it feels man! I uses to use YaBB too. BUt I only lost 300o posts...Maybe you should ask the guy at YaBBHacks to make one! He was pretty friendly when I made request to make new hacks for Yabb. Maybe he'll make a convertor.

i doubt...
he would prolly make from vB to Yabb, but not the other way around.
I don't wanna use 15k of posts =(
