Nexia's Show Subscription Description in Subscription Manager

Really simple file edit that let you see the subscriptions description in the Subscription Manager... when you have numerous groups, it may be helpful...

... simple line to replace in admincp/subscriptions.php

same edit in vB 3.7.x thru 4.x... until 5.0 i presume!
