Hi everyone,
We've updated to the latest version 4.1.10 and I realized that regular users can't use the quick reply button since then.

They can open new threads, but can't use the "+ Reply to Thread" button.
When they click on that button what happens is that a reply window opens but its all grey and people can't enter any texts. (Image attached)

For me, the administrator I don't have that problem.

Any ideas how to fix that?

If they go to the Advanced Editor, can they submit their reply that way?

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

We've updated to the latest version 4.1.10 ...Ya, it sure sounds like a style issue. And FWIW, I think for several days now the latest version is 4.1.11.

I am having this problem also, and I've done what you've stated here - Still have the issue after doing that.

Editor works fine on CMS areas, and on shoutbox, but on forums it doesn't.

Any other ideas?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

First do all the steps we outlined.

You really should start your own thread about the problem though. I doubt your problem is exactly the same.
