I have been searching in my Stylevar for three days along with all of the suggestions on google and I can't fix this. I need to change the color in the quick reply block from black to #CCCCCC (Grey) and this seems to be linked with the Private Message reply box AND the Advance Message reply box. Here are some screen shots of what I am looking to change:

Ive seen a suggestion for WYSIWYG Text Area background and here is the screen shot proving thats not the issue:
