Quickest, surest way to find out is to signup and ask them. Since the name refers to coding, I'd bet real money the owner made that.
Looks sweet but loads so slow and the animation in the header crashes regularly.

That's not the only forum I have found it on. I will just wait for the correct name and website to obtain it from.
