View Full Version : Post Moderation - How to turn off

I am not sure why it is happening, the posts in moderation do not have links or anything wrong with them that I can see. I would prefer this feature be turned off entirely, I can easily delete a thread if I don't like the content.

How do I completely turn off thread/post moderation so that every post is posted instead of put into moderation?

This happens irregardless of user group (I'm the administrator and even one of my posts was flagged!) and irregardless of forum.

Thanks!

Hello,

2 options are important for this:

1. ACP -> Forum & Moderation -> Manage Forum -> Edit Forum -> Thread Moderation -> DISABLE

2. ACP -> Usergroups -> Edit Usergroup -> Search the entry of Moderation (Postpermission)

Thanks for that.

None of the forums are thread-moderated.

I will check the users, but this happens only infrequently. Sometimes it is moderated for a user, most the times it is not :( So - I would think that would cut out user moderation (or it would happen all the time). Same for forum, really.

Seems like it is triggering on something (content?)

Check all usergroups and alls forums.

2. ACP -> Usergroups -> Edit Usergroup -> Search the entry of Moderation (Postpermission)

This must be set to YES
