Add Imagehoster (pic-place.de) to your navigation

Hello,

i have create a little feature for you, to add an imagehoster for easy upload to your navigation.

Please look screenshots for more details.

1. Open template "navbar"
2. Find

!!Dont forget to change "YOUR-CODE"!!

The first 3 are german, the last 2 are english.

If you want more designs, please write it down, i'll check it and if i like it, i'll add it.

Rawr, now that's really nice. I just wish the page where you get links had English explanation as well. But yeah, for now, how could I add an explanation that the members should use the link from under "Direkter Link zum Bild?"

on the footer of http://abload.net there is a english-version available too (click the icon). If you register, you can choose the language you want in UCP

To your question: Im sorry. I'll fix the translation-problem, so that the output-page is in english.

Hmmm, the footer shows only a German flag:

And oh, it's your site? Rawr, silly me, Ishould have guessed. If someone would register, it would let them to manage the uploaded images, like Photobucket, right?

If you only see the german flag, than you use the english-version :) So far i can see, i have translate the site to english, but only the image-output-site i forget (shame over me).


Yeah thats right. As member you have a lot of options (galery with password-protection, image-overview/management and a lot more)

Well, the vB/Abload side of integration is really good. The hoster itself is good too. The only thing I would propose is an easier access to your own gallery. I didn't really have the chance earlier to use it, no pictures unuploaded laying around >.<

what do you mean exactly?

You can create your own galleries if you are registered. Then you get a link to this gallerie, which you can share.

I have make a little demo for you.

I create a gallerie and get this link (this link you can always see in your private gallerie)

Think its a very very simple 4-step-methode.

1. Login
2. Create gallerie on UCP
3. Upload images to you gallerie
4. Link your gallerie

To be a partner is very easy.

We have a partner-area for normal partners. Partners who bring us a lot of IN's get a special place on our footer.

You must only add this modification to your board (in navigation OR as widget) We check it and if its ok, we activate the partner.

Think its a win-win-situation for both sites.

In the meantime: http://prntscr.com/8fqfw <- could you add an option there to just create IMG tags for forums, without the URL= tag? It would help a lot to reduce the number of clicks required >.<

Basically something like:

For naming, the third one looks like a hotlink thumbnail for forums, fourth one like a full image with hotlink (assuming hotlinks are links back to the hoster), 8th one, not sure what it is.

I'm sorry, thats not positive for our site. We lives from visits and i think its not bad, if anyone can click the image to get to the image-source (us).

Yes its true. We must rename our site, because a german website want 10.000€ if i dont rename it.

So abload.net is now available under www.pic-place.de

All hosted images are online. We only rename the site.

I'll update my vBulletin from 4.1.x to 4.2 on july. Then i make an update.

If you dont want to wait, you can use the box as widget.
