Problem with loading forum.

Hello.
After converting the forum from a script vBulletin 3 to 4 there were problems with load time.
[ Page generated in 6.2498149871826 seconds with 19 queries, spending 0.01958441734314 doing MySQL queries and 6.2302305698395 doing PHP things. ]

What exactly is happening there that could take so long?

What for hardware have ur server?

Hardware is very good.
processor 4 GHz
memory RAM 4 gb
disk 45 GB SAS RAID10

Has never been a problem.

I would add that after turning off all plugins time changes + / - 40 seconds. On a clean vbulletin is the same.

But after they are switched off nothing changes.

Please disable the hook-system (vbulletin options -> Hook-system)
and check again.
