is there a "Volunteer" mod

I have a couple of boating related forums where people are always looks at boats in other parts of the country.

I'd like to create a list of people who would 'volunteer' to look at boats in certain geographic areas, but I don;t want to have their names or email addresses posted, just their user names.

has anyone built an add-on like this?

I don't know if any mod exists for somethign like this (maybe someone else will). But if it's just a list you could always just make an html page for it. Or you could do something like create custom profile fields for users to volunteer and list what areas they will go to, then write a simple script to display the members with those set.

I don't know if this is the kind thing you were thinking of, or what other features you might have had in mind.
