How color around blocks??

I want to put border color around the grid boxes in the layout of csm like the green they did here http://worldformoms.com/forum.php?

I don't know what boxes you are talking about and you mentioned the CMS (I think? you said csm) and yet you link to the forum.php page. Can you create an image of you forum page and point out exactly where you want the border and also provide a link to the page.
