I have set the correct upload sizes.
The sizes I want to up load are about 15 MB

Any help?

check at your phpinfo, maybe you can't upload files that large

Just checked that, this is what the settings are:
max_execution_time 30 30
memory_limit 64M 64M
post_max_size 8M 8M
upload_max_filesize 30M 30M

Any ideas?

It's being attached to a Thread.
I don't think that will help with the ftp

Do you change the Size in vB-Options?
