Hi,
Im looking for a help desk suite heres the things i'd like;
Ticket system
Admins & Customer Support Reps (Different UGs)
I read this;
ReadyDesk integrates with Asterisk phone systems. Incoming calls are displayed in the technician interface. With the click of a button technicians can have a call routed to their extension. Calls can also be recorded and appended to tickets.
Really like that, The problem is i'd also like the admins and customer support reps to have a program instead of logging in online etc.
What i don't need;
Live support
